You know, it must be something about standing upside down all day that makes Aussies so creative ;) I’m constantly amazed by the wonderful ideas that come out of this part of the world. One such wonder is PhotoboothTM – the world’s first fully portable, high resolution, digital, architecturally designed, part inflatable photobooth. THE coolest new tool for the event designer…myPANTONE, for the iPhone or iPod Touch, lets you take your Pantone colors with you. But the best part, in my opinion, is the matching system. Let’s say you walk by a Saks Fifth Avenue shop window and see a stunning display of haute colors. Take a picture and let myPANTONE tell you what the closest Pantone matches are. Oh, and if you like a specific color myPANTONE will automatically generate harmonious color combinations. Gasp. Get me an iPhone!

And by the way, the fruit fly sign worked. I haven’t seen a one.
Now although my projects were a bit tongue in cheek, rest assured I’ll be re-labelling my files, my drawers, my shoe boxes, my hobby boxes, the tupperware tubs in my basement (I have no idea what’s in those).

No, this has nothing to do with events…that is, unless you plan to wear them to one. But I just came across these amazing thigh high socks. And for no other reason than I think they’d be a great conversation starter at a social media event, I bought them. Shortly after placing my order I decided to tweet about these stockings.
