Let’s face it, cupcakes can be messy. Sure, they’re fun, they make you think of childhood, but the last thing I want to do when I’m dressed up for an event is stuff a cupcake in my mouth. I know, I know…I seem to be the minority. So when I came across this cupcake recipe presented in a teacup, I was delighted. Pass me this cup and a spoon and I’ll eat cupcakes until my heart’s content!
