Imagine holding an event at this club in Mumbai, India. The Blue Frog lounge makes you feel as if you’re bobbing through water and hopping across lilly pads.

Wow! I’m so delighted to have come across Pingg (via Springwise). If you’ve ever sent out an invite via evite or any of the other online invitation sites, you know that designs are a bit…well…hit or miss. Pingg has a gallery of over 2 million beautiful, sophisticated and visually unique images.

ooops, just noticed my typo above
Pingg also includes comprehensive event management tools, the ability to send your invite by email, SMS, web, print or Facebook, an option to customize your design, detailed reporting tools…oh, and did I mention no annoying banner ads (your invite is all your own). And they’ll also be launching money transfers very soon (allowing co-planners to help out with payments)!

With decals and bold print wallpaper making their marks on walls all across the globe, it seems only natural that they’d make their transition to the outdoors. Award winning artist Deborah Sommers created DGarden Collection – a beautiful marriage of her love of the outdoors and her passion for illustration and graphic design.
Her line of stunning banners create bold focal points (just imagine a trio of these as a backdrop to an outdoor ceremony). They also hide unsightly items in the garden (a great alternative to slow growing shrubs)…
These graphic nature print pillows would be a great addition to any outdoor event.
And these beautiful stickers add visual interest to windows and clear walls.

Last weekend, my bridesmaids got together for a day of bonding. I just had to share 3 of my favorite images from this beautiful day.
The hand-decorated cake they surprised me with (do you recognize the illustration?):

A big, fat, beautiful thank you to Meredith MacLeod at The Hamilton Spectator for writing a wonderful feature on Regal Tent Productions in their Business Section! Read all the fantabulous details here.

The beauty of white on white is undeniable. It feels clean, pure and sweet.

One of the hottest trends for spring are big, bold, juicy patterns! Florals, African-inspired, Moroccan, 60′s poppies – everything is popping up patterns. They translate so beautifully to fashion, pillows, table linens, wallpaper, draping, tableware, you name it. And, after a long, drab Winter, these images make me smile.
