Ice Caters showcased their new products for the year – the hottest being their large round ice balls. Bar tenders love them because they don’t dilute a drink the way a typical ice cube would. They keep drinks colder, longer. And, they look great in a glass. I haven’t tried one of these out yet, but I’m hoping that it doesn’t get your top lip wet when you drink from the glass (Ever had that happen at a cocktail party? Anything but glamorous).
